The 3rd China Electrical Engineering Congress was held in Hangzhou from
November 20 to 23, 2025. Jointly organized by the China Electrotechnical
Society and other leading institutions, the congress aimed to advance green energy
transition and new power systems. It attracted over 2,600 scholars and featured 56
cutting-edge technical sessions.
At the session on "Stability Control and Protection Technology for Power Systems with New Energy Integration,"
Dr. Yu Liu delivered an academic presentation.
