The 10th Frontier Symposium on Electrical Disciplines for Young Scholars was held on December 21-22, 2024, in Chengdu, Sichuan.
This conference was supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) for the discipline of Electrical Science and Engineering.
It was organized by the Chinese Society for Electrical Engineering and co-hosted by Southwest Jiaotong University and the China Electrotechnical Society Young Scholar Committee.
Dr. Yu Liu gave an invited talk of "Discussions on transmission lines protection and fault location of MMC-HVDC grids based on accurate modeling of distributed and frequency dependent line parameters".
