2020 IEEE Sustainable Power & Energy Conference (iSPEC) was held in Chengdu, Sichuan, China from Nov. 23rd to Nov. 25th, 2020. This conference is co-sponsored by IEEE Power & Energy Society (PES) and Chinese Society for Electrical Engineering (CSEE). The theme of the conference is "Energy Transition and Energy Internet".
This year Dr. Yu Liu was invited to give a talk entitled "Discussions on Transmission Line Fault Location Methods", in Panel 13: Smart Sensing, Analysis and Diagnosis of Electric Power Equipment. In this talk, Dr. Yu Liu reviewed present fault location techniques and presented several model based fault location methods proposed by the group.
After the conference, Dr. Yu Liu visited Sichuan University.
