The IET International Conference on Renewable Power Generation (RPG) 2019 was held in Shanghai, China, from Oct 24th to Oct 26th, 2019. RPG is one of the world's premier power system conferences. This year PSPAL has one oral and one poster presentation. Mr. Binglin Wang and Dr. Yu Liu from PSPAL attended this conference.
In IET RPG 2019, Dr. Yu Liu served as a technical committee member of the conference and chaired one technical session. The topic of the technical session is "other renewable energy sources".
The paper entitled 'Distributed Quasi-Dynamic State Estimation Incorporating Distributed Energy Resources' received the Best Paper Award (1st Prize). Dr. Yu Liu is the co-author of the paper.
During the technical visit, Dr. Yu Liu visited the 1000kV Liantang Substation in Shanghai.
